To ensure every journey with Waypoint Adventures runs smoothly, safely, and fairly, we ask all travellers to familiarise themselves with the following key policies.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot on any tour. Full payment must be made before departure, as stated in your booking confirmation.
Cancellations made within the specified period before departure may qualify for a partial refund. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable. Please refer to your tour's detailed cancellation terms.
Traveller safety is our top priority. All participants must disclose any medical conditions or special requirements before the trip. Our guides are trained first responders and will always prioritise safety during all activities.
Waypoint Adventures promotes responsible travel. Guests are expected to respect local communities, wildlife, and natural environments. Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the tour without refund.
Comprehensive travel insurance is compulsory for all travellers. The insurance must cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and evacuation. Proof of insurance may be requested prior to departure.
